PREVENT THE ENTRY OF MATERIALS OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION

Pursuant to the directive of the President, you are hereby directed to exercise care and vigilance and to adopt all proactive security measures to maintain and strengthen security at all ports of entry and to prevent the entry into the country of all substances/chemicals/materials for the manufacture bombs/weapons of mass destruction that may be used by terrorist groups to disrupt the peace and order in the country and undermine our economy.

Please be guided accordingly.
