DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 JUNE 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental will have the annual fiesta celebration and cultural activities from 03 to 13 June 2024;

WHEREAS, on 13 June 2024, Thursday, the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of such momentous celebration;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Silay be given full opportunity to participate in these occasions and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 13 June 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
