CLARIFICATION ON THE RATE OF ANNUAL USER'S FEE FOR THE USE OF GRAZING LANDS

It has come to our attention that in some instances the pronouncement of the President on 02 January 2002 in the Province of Masbate, reducing the rate of the annual user fee for grazing lands from P200.00 per hectare is being misinterpreted, thus creating confusion among FLGMA holders. In this regard the following clarification is hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned:

The annual user's fee for grazing land for CY 2002 onwards shall be at P40.00 per hectare.

The rate of user's fee for CY 2000 and CY 2001 remain P200.00 and P275.00, respectively as provided for under DAO 99-36.

All CENROs, PENROs and REDs are hereby directed to collect back rentals including surcharges and future annual user's fees based on the abovementioned rates.
