To declare 15 November 2004 as a non-reserve day in observance of the EID-UL-FITRE

In view of the declaration of 15 November 2004 as a special non-working day throughout the country in observance of the EID-UL-FITRE (Feast of Ramadhan) under Proclamation No. 721 dated 25 October 2004, 15 November 2004 is hereby declared as a non-reserve day, hence the reserve position as calculated as of end of business day of 12 November 2004 will be carried forward to 13 to 15 November 2004.
