M.2019- 011 To : ALLTRUST ENTITIES Subject : Reminder to Comply with the Qualification Requirements for All Unit Investment Trust Fund (UlTFf Marketing Personnel Circular No. 1018 dated 25 October 2OL8 requires all personnel involved in the sale of UITFs to be certified as UITF Marketing Personnel by the end of 2021. All trust entities offering UITFs are enjoined to ensure that their marketing personnel obtained the certification at the soonest possible time. The said qualification shall be obtained by undergoing a UITF Certification Program (UCP) administered by a reputable financial services industry association/organization acceptable to the Bangko Sentral.
