TO: ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN WESTERN VISAYAS REGION

SUBJECT: THIRD REGIONAL CONVENTION OF THE IBP-WESTERN VISAYAS REGION ON 24-26 JANUARY 2002 IN ILOILO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Western Visayas Region will hold their Third Regional Convention on 24-26 January 2002 at the Barcelo-Sarabia Manor Hotel and Convention Center, lloilo City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
