Timothy John G. Rocarnora appeared for petitioner, while Atty. Christopher C. Sandico for respondent. Atty. Rocarnora manifested that petitioner' s administrative claim for refund or issuance of a tax credit certificate filed with the Bureau of Internal Revenue is in progress and as a condition for the granting of said claim, petitioner is obliged to withdraw the instant petition. As prayed for, and without any objection from respondent' s counsel, the Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review is hereby GRANTED. This case having been WITHDRAWN is deemed CLOSED AND TERMINATED.
