TO : ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE WESTERN VISAYAS REGION

SUBJECT : INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES WESTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 8-10 FEBRUARY 2018 AT THE HENNAN REGENCY HOTEL, BORACAY ISLAND, MALAY, AKLAN

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Western Visayas Region will hold a Regional Convention on 8 to 10 February 2018 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), at the Hennan Regency Hotel, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 8-9 February 2018 (Thursday and Friday), on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
