AN ACT CREATING A HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT IN THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL TO COMPRISE THE THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Third Congressional District of Bohol shall be constituted into one highway engineering district comprising the towns of Valencia, Garcia-Hernandez, Jagna, Duero, Guindulman, Candijay, Mabini, Alicia, Sierra-Bullones, San Miguel, Ubay, Danao, Trinidad, Talibon, Jetafe Buenavista, Anda and Pilar, which shall be known as Second Highway Engineering District of Bohol, with headquarters in Guindulman, Province of Bohol,

SEC. 2. All existing laws or parts thereof, executive orders and administrative regulations contrary to the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
