Therein, petitioner prayed that it be granted an extension of thirty (30) days from September 11, 2017 within which to flle its Petition for Review. On September 19, 2017, the Court granted petitioner a final and non- extendible period of fifteen (15) days from September 9, 2017 or until September 24, 2017 within which to flle its Petition for Review. No petition was flied, however, and on November 10, 2017, the Judicial Records Division issued a Records Verification Report to this effect. Considering the foregoing, petitioner is deemed to have ABANDONED the case. The above-captioned case is hereby DECLARED CLOSED and TERMINATED.
