SUBJECT : GREATION OF A REVENUE DISTRICT OFFICE AT CLARK FREEPORT ZONE IN PAMPANGA AND TO DELINEATION OF ITS AREAS OF JURISDICTION All lnternal Revenue Officials and Employees I. OBJECTIVES: This Order is issued to: 1. Prescribe the creation of a Revenue District Office (RDO) at Clark Freeport, Zone out of RDO No. 21A - Angeies City, North Pampanga. 2 Delineate the jurisdictional scope and boundaries of RDO No. 214 - Angeles City, North Pampanga and RDO No. 21C - Clark Freeport Zone. II. CREATION OF A REVENUE DISTRICT OFFICE AT CLARK FREEPORT ZONE: ln order to fully tap the revenue potential of and maximize revenue collections in Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, a Revenue District Ofrice shall be created to cater exclusively to the taxpayers in the area. The said RDO shall be known as RDO No. 21C - Clark Freeport :one. Formerly, the area is under the jurisdiction of RDO No. 21A.--Angeles City. North Pampanga. lrtlI l. DELIT.iEATION OF AREAS OF JURiSDiCTiON: The areas of jurisdiction of the restructured/established RDOs shall be as follows: 1. RDO No. 21 A ts AngeXes City, No be cornprised of the cities of Angeles and of .#' Arayat, #M-a*u' g-{a/lang and Porac. b BT' H\Y&F

RDO No. 21C - Clark Freeport Zone - which covers the lands occupied by the Clark military reservations and its contiguous extensions, located within the territorial jurisdiction of Angeles City, municipalities of Mabalacat and Porac, Province of Pampanga, and the municipalities of Capas and Bamban, Province of Tarlac. IV. STAFFING: The personnel complement of newly-created RDOs, shall consist of a Revenue District Officer and an Assistant Revenue District Officer plus an appropriate number of staff as approved by the Department of Budget Management. V. REPEALING CLAUSE: This Order repeals andior amends accordingly peftinent provisions of Revenue Administrative Order No. 2-2009 dated February 2, 2009 and all other revenue issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith. VI. EFFECTIVITY: This Order shall take effect immediately. Approved: CAESAR R.
