REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6692 - AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER TWENTY-EIGHT AS BALANGIGA ENCOUNTER DAY AND A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION. 1. September twenty-eight of every year is hereby declared as Balangiga Encounter Day and a special non-working holiday in the province of Eastern Samar to commemorate the Balangiga encounter.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
