J~~-~.!.._~~-~~-~~--- x X ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RESOLUTION For resolution is petitioner's "Motion to Withdraw Petition" filed on May 14, 2015, which states that it availed of the Forty Percent (40%) Compromise Settlement and paid the total amount of Five Million Three Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and Thirty-Six Centavos (Php5,384A76.36), attaching therewith the Payment Forms, the emails confirming payment, the Payment Instruction Receipts, and the Filing Reference Sheets. Hence, it now moves for the withdrawal of the instant "Petition for Review." On May 19, 2015, the Court ordered respondent to file her comment on petitioner's "Motion to Withdraw Petition/' within ten (10) days from receipt thereof. Upon receipt of respondent's comment or the lapse of the period granted, the incident shall be deemed submitted for resolution. On June 16, 2015, a Records Verification Report was issued by the Judicial Records Division, stating that respondent failed to file her comment. Finding petitioner's "Motion to Withdraw Petition" to be in order, and there being no objection on the part of respondent due to
