AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE TO THE 1ST EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ON NATIONAL SECURITY OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES

Anent the upcoming 1st Executive Conference on National Security of the National Defense College of the Philippines on April 30, 2010 at the Diamond Hotel, Manila, alumni of the Executive Course on National Security (ECNS) who are in the government sector are hereby allowed to attend said event on Official Business, provided that there will be no cost or expenditure on the part of the government offices concerned in terms of fees or travel allowances, which must be borne by the attendees.
