REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1389 - AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF BATAAN MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitio of Sibacan in the barrio of La Libertad, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is separated from the barrio of La Libertad, and constituted into an independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Bataan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
