REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City October 17, 2011 SUBJECT REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 40-2011 TO : Amending Portion of Annex A as Attachment to RMO No. 31 � 2011 which prescribed the Agency Level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned I. OBJECTIVE This Order is issued to amend the formula of KPI No. 12 as indicated in Annex A of RMO No. 31-2011 dated July 19, 2011 which prescribed the Agency Level KPIs. II. AMENDMENT The formula under KPI No. 12 "Cases filed in court as a percentage of cases filed with DOJ", as included in Annex A, is hereby amended: Cases resolved by DOJ in favor of BIR Total number of BIR cases resolved by DOJ III. REPEALING CLAUSE This Order supersedes all revenue issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith. IV. EFFECTIVITY This Order shall takes effect immediately. (Original Signed) KIM S.
