TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE BICOLANDIA REGION

SUBJECT : IBP BICOLANDIA REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 1 TO 2 JULY 2016 AT THE ORIENTAL HOTEL, LEGASPI CITY, ALBAY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Bicolandia Region will hold its Regional Convention, with its theme "Rule of Law...Bedrock of Stability in Political Transition, " on 1 to 2 July 2016 (Friday and Saturday), 8:00 a.m., at the Oriental Hotel, Legaspi City, Albay.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 1 July 2016, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
