REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5438 - AN ACT AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH TWENTY OF ARTICLE FOURTEEN OF THE REVISED PENAL CODE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION .1. Subparagraph twenty of Article fourteen of the Revised Penal Code is amended to read as follows:

"20. That the crime be committed with the aid of persons under fifteen years of age or by means of motor vehicles, motorized water craft, airships, or other similar means." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
