Subject: MB Resolution No. 1312 dated 17 September 2009 - Rural Bank of Gabaldon (Nueva Ecija), Inc. Placement Under Receivership
Notice is hereby given that the Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1312 dated 17 September 2009 decided to prohibit Rural Bank of Gabaldon (Nueva Ecija), Inc. from doing business in the Philippines and to place its assets and affairs under receivership pursuant to Section30 of RA No. 7653.
The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation has been designated Receiver of the aforementioned rural bank.
