Termination Letter (Abatement Program Under RR 15-2006) for Assessment Notice No. ST-DST-95-0311-2000 dated April 8, 2008 covering the taxable year 1995; b. Termination Letter (Abatement Program Under RR 15-2006) for Assessment Notice No. ST-DST-96-0310-2000 dated April 8, 2008 covering the taxable year 1996; and c. Termination Letter (Abatement Program Under RR 15-2006) for Assessment Notices Nos. ST-DST-97-0043-2000, ST-DST-98- 0053-2000, DST-2-99-000020 dated December 27, 2007, covering the taxable years 1997, 1998 and 1999.

CASE NO. 6816 Page 2 WHEREFORE, finding the aforementioned Termination Letters issued by the respondent to be in order, this instant Petition for Review is hereby considered WITHDRAWN. Accordingly, this instant case covering petitioner's deficiency tax assessments under Assessment Notice Nos.
