MORELAND, J.:
BREACH OF BUILDING CONTRACT. — From the Court of First Instance of Iloilo. Noris, J.
Action to recover balance due upon a building contract. Defendant alleged that the construction was not in accordance with the agreement, and that judgment for plaintiff was not supported by preponderance of evidence. Conclusions found to be justified and judgment affirmed.
