SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. FELIX B. SERINA

For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 04 May 2005, in Administrative Case No. 6591 entitled, "Marissa L. Macarilay vs. Atty. Felix B. Serina" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Felix B. Serina from the practice of law for six (6) months, effective upon receipt, with the information that the said decision was received by the respondent on 20 June 2005. The Court, in its resolution dated 05 September 2005, denied with finality the respondent's Motion for Reconsideration thereof.
