RESOLUTION
When this case was called fer hearing on
September 19. 1977. neither petitioner's counsel
not its representative appeared notwithstanding
proper notice of said hearing given in open court
on July 25, 1977. with the warnine that no_further
postnoneoent woula be allowed. Counsel for respon-
dent, therefore, moved for the dismissal of the
cese on the ground that the hearing set for this ay (Septemher 19.1977 was the last nostoanement
as warned by this Court.
Considexing the non-appearence of petitioner's
counsel deepiteproper notice thereof, and his ap-
parently indifferent attitude towards the early dig-
peaitlon of the instant case as shown by the cir-
cumstance appcaxing of record that, since November
1976, the hearing of this case had thrice heen
postponed all at the instance of petitioner's coun-
sel, the Gourt resnives to DIIss this case for
lack of interest on the part of petitioner tc pro-
