D E C I S I O N
The information charged four men, among whom were the defendants, with the crime of robbery en cuadrilla. Defendant were convicted and sentenced each to nine years of presidio mayor with the accesory penalties, and to return the money and property or to pay an indemnity. Following the rule established in U.S. vs. Cagaoaan (7 Phil. Rep., 207), U.S. vs. Sol (9 Phil. Rep., 265), and others, penalty raised to ten years.
