AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SIX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section two of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred and eighty-six is amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 2. The boundaries and limits of the territory said municipality are established and defined as follows:
"Starting from a point in the intersection of latitude S°" 04' 00" North, and longitude 123° 10' 00" East going in a straight line eastward to the provincial boundary line between Zamboanga and Misamis Occidental, thence north¬ward along that same provincial boundary up to the line defined by latitude 8° 20' 00" North, thence westward along that same latitude 8° 20' 00" North until it intersects the longitude 123° 10' 00" East, thence southward in a straight line down to the starting point." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
