REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5090 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEACHERS COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINALUPIHAN, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEACHERS COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINALUPIHAN, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a teachers college in the Municipality of Dinalupihan, Province of Bataan, to be known as Western Central Luzon Teachers College, which shall offer such collegiate courses in teacher education as the said Director may determine.

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said college for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, the sum necessary for its operation and maintenance 'shall be included in the annual General appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
