4 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON APRIL 15-17, 2009

The Court Librarians Association of the Philippines (CLAPHIL) will hold its 4 th National Convention and Election of Officers on April 15 to 17, 2009 at the Department of Justice (DOJ) Academy, Clark, Angeles City, Pampanga.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention and election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Namnama L. Lopez, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the date of the convention/election of officers.
