ALL NEWLY ELECTED OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SHERIFFS' CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT :

OATH TAKING CEREMONY AND FIRST BOARD MEETING ON 23 AND 24 JUNE 2011

The newly elected Officers and Board of Directors of the Sheriffs' Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will take their oath of office before the undersigned on 23 June 2011 and will hold their first board meeting on 24 June 2011 at Pagsanjan, Laguna.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Fernando R. Regino, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the activities.
