REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5432 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Appropriation of funds. —The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the operation of the government of the Republic of the Philippines during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine except where otherwise specifically provided:

SEC. 43. Effective date. —This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight, except where otherwise provided.
