AN ACT AMENDING ITEM 9, FOR THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, PAGE 547, GROUP II, UNDER LISTING B, SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-SIX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item 9, for the Province of Leyte, page 547, Group II, under listing B, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred forty-six is hereby amended to read as follows:

"9. Barrio School Building, Eyusan, Almeria

Construction, improvement and/or repair …………………….1,000.00" SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
