X- - - - -X 0R DER This is in connection with a liMotion to Dismissrr filed by counsel for the petitioner on July 10, 1962, alleging therein that petitioner Champion Pictures, Inc. is no longer engaged in movie productions and, at the present time, has neither &1 office nor a movie studio; and that all efforts were exerted by counsel to locate any of the responsible officers of the peti- tioner without any successo There being no objection thereto, and for the reasons alleged therein, counsel 1s "Motion to Dismiss" is hereby granted.
