Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE/S) 96-00394 dated 24 April 1996 evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Milk Products Holdings (SEA) Pte. Ltd. of Singapore in New Zealand Milk Products Philippines Incorporated has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
