RMO No. 50-98 — Implements the updated Code of Conduct for BIR officers and employees Digest

REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER No. 50-98 issued June 16, 1998 implements the updated Code of Conduct for BIR officers and employees which supersedes the Code of Conduct for the Bureau's employees issued in 1987 through (RMO No. 16-87) as well as other issuances inconsistent therewith. The Code specifies, among others, the rights of employees, grounds for disciplinary action, offenses, penalties and liabilities and the grievance machinery.
