REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1816 - AN ACT AMENDING A CERTAIN ITEM IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (16), paragraph g ., Batangas, subsection three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(16) Construction of Industrial Arts Building, Sabang, Lipa City .............................................. P 4,000.00

(16- a ) Construction of academic building, Sabang, Lipa City ..................................................... 26,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
