In its Motion, petitioner prays that the Court (a) order the instant Petition for Review withdrawn; and (b) cancel the hearing scheduled for 11 August 2022. Given that the hearing in question was already held on 11 August 2022, petitioner's prayer for its cancellation is hereby deemed MOOT AND ACADEMIC. However, considering respondent's lack ofany objection to the Motion, petitioner's prayer for the withdrawal of its Petition is hereby GRANTED.
