REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2660 - AN ACT CREATING THREE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

AN ACT CREATING THREE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative of the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Samar, is amended to read as follows:

"Samar, ten assistant provincial fiscals;"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
