REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6185 - AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIAYAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, FROM BARRIO PARANGLUMBA TO BARRIO SIAYAN PROPER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The present seat of government of the Municipality of Siayan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby transferred from Barrio Paranglumba to Barrio Siayan Proper.

SEC. 2. The provisions of Republic Act Numbered Forty-nine hundred eighty-nine which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
