Commissioner, Bureau of Internal Revenue, by the President and his assumption of duties to principally assist the Commissioner in the direct supervision of the Operations Group and help ensure the effective assessment and collection of internal revenue taxes, effective on even date, all documents, reports, papers and correspondence prepared for the approval or signature of Nestor S.
