However, per Records Verification dated 09 October 2020, the prosecution failed to submit the said document in accordance with the Court's order. WHEREFORE , the instant Information is DISMISSED, without prejudice to the re-filing of the same with complete supporting documents (on which the determination of probable cause will be based).
