REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City November 11, 2010 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90-2010 SUBJECT: Missing six (6) sets of unused BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing six (6) sets of unused BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the following serial numbers: ROR201000892393 ROR201000892400 ROR201000893393 ROR201000893400 ROR201000908563 ROR201000908565 The abovementioned forms were reported as missing by Mr. Rolando P. Oribello, Assistant Chief, Administrative Division, and Mr. Marvin P. Ocampo, Head of Revenue Accounting Section, Finance Division, assigned at Revenue Region 1, Calasiao, Pangasinan, and have consequently been cancelled. All transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
