Relative to the provisions of Article 60 (Tax Treatment of Cooperatives) and Article 61 (Tax and Other Exemptions) of Republic Act 9520 otherwiseknown as the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008, attached is a copy of the Joint Implementing Rules and Regulations signed by the Department of Finance, the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Cooperative Development Authority.
