REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5191 - AN ACT CONVERTING BATAC EMERGENCY HOSPI& hy;TAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROV& hy;INCE OF 1LOCOS NORTE, INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS BATAC GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPRO& hy;PRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Batac Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Batac General Hospital.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
