Case Nos. 7198 & 7199). Thus, in effect, rendering the instant "Petition to Cite the Commissioner of Customs and Other Customs Officials for Contempt of Court," filed on February 2, 2006, MOOT. Counsel for the petitioner interposed no objection thereto. WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Court hereby GRANTED respondent's oral motion for the dismissal of the "Petition to Cite the Commissioner of Customs and Other Customs Officials for Contempt of Court."
