REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5333 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE DAO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAO, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, TO TOBIAS FORNIER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE DAO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAO, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, TO TOBIAS FORNIER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Dao Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Dao, Province of Antique, is changed and hereafter to be known as the Tobias Fornier Memorial Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
