RECOVERY OF POSSESSION. — From the Court of First Instance of Leyte. Norris, J.
Action to recover possession of a small parcel of land and products thereof claimed to have been seized by the defendant and valued at P300. Defendant alleged ownership. The conflicting, held sufficient to sustain the finding and judgment affirmed.
