REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5482 - AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Camarines Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"Camarines Norte, four assistant provincial fiscals: Provided , That the two assistant provincial fiscals shall be assigned to the second branch of the Court of First Instance of Camarines Norte with station at the Municipality of Labo." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
