Petitioner Prudential Bank filed its "Petition for Review" on October 18, 2007 (within the approved extension to file the petition) with the Court En Bane appealing the Decision and the Resolution dated July 4, 2007 and September 11, 2007, respectively, rendered by the First Division in C.T.A.
