REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4264 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF NORTH GENERAL HOSPITAL TO DR. JOSE R. REYES MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The North General Hospital shall hereafter be known as Dr. Jose R. Reyes Memorial Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
