Importation of commodities listed that no longer requires prior approval of the government agency likewise indicated therein
CBP CIRCULAR NO. 1347 Series of 1992
In accordance with the recommendation of the NEDA Board Committee on Tariff and Related Matters and as approved by the Monetary Board under Resolution No. 599 dated June 26, 1992, the importation of the commodities listed in the attached Annex no longer requires the prior approval of the government agency likewise indicated therein.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
