AN ACT CONVERTING THE BACOLOD - MADALUM INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The road which starts from the Iligan Aurora National Highway at Bacolod and traverses Munai in the Province of Lanao del Norte and Marawi - Cotabato National Highway at Madalum in the Province of Lanao del Sur is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
